Rules for Tutors<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

To ensure that the Adenaya Solution platform provides top-quality educational services, we have developed several rules and regulations for tutors. Please read them carefully before you start teaching at Adenaya Solution.
The violation of these rules will result in hiding and\/or blocking the tutor\u2019s profile from search results. For multiple or severe violations of these rules, the profile will be blacklisted and removed from the platform.

It is the tutor’s \/ vendor\u2019s responsibility to pay their own tax. Adenaya Solution accepts no responsibilities to pay the tax for any of its service providers.<\/span><\/strong>

What is not acceptable on the Adenaya Solution platform?

1. Getting payments from Adenaya Solution students outside the platform.
<\/strong> Your account would be disabled.<\/span>
2. Cancelling and\/or not attending scheduled classes without rescheduling. We understand that anything can happen at <\/strong>any time. However, if you don’t show up or cancel a lesson without providing a student with a valid reason, it will negatively affect students’ motivation to learn. Therefore, it is expected that Adenaya Solution tutors attend all scheduled classes. In cases of multiple reports concerning the tutor’s absence for lessons, their profile can be hidden. To avoid being hidden from the Adenaya Solution platform, please reach out to your students in advance and reschedule the classes. Cancelations are not recommended in any instances.

3. Sharing links to other teaching websites. <\/strong>The user’s profile will be blocked for sending links to other platforms. However, sharing the internal Adenaya Solution links via private messages or inquiry are allowed.

4. Violation of social norms and rules including inappropriate behaviour, sexual harassment, fraud. Each complaint will be investigated individually by the Adenaya Solution team, and strict actions can be initiated.
<\/strong>
5. Posting advertisements and recruitment announcements searching for employees for language or maths schools or sending such content via the Adenaya Solution messaging system or inquiry.
<\/strong>
6. Providing misleading information and pricing in a tutor’s profile.
<\/strong>
7. Registering two or more tutor profiles on the platform.<\/strong>

8.<\/strong> The Services are not an employment service and Adenaya Solutions Ltd does not serve as an employer of any
User unless separately subject to a signed, written employment contract signed by both the
User and Adenaya Solutions Ltd. Users may use Adenaya Solutions Ltd Services only for the purpose of to provide tutoring to or receive tutoring from other Users using the Services and subject to these Terms.
As such, Adenaya Solutions Ltd will not be liable for any tax or withholding, including but not limited to
unemployment insurance, employer\u2019s liability, workers\u2019 compensation insurance, social
security or payroll withholding tax in connection with your use of Services or Users\u2019 services.
You understand and agree that if Adenaya Solutions Ltd is found to be liable for any tax or withholding tax in
connection with your use of Users\u2019 services, then you will immediately reimburse and pay to
Adenaya Solutions Ltd an equivalent amount, including any interest or penalties thereon.

In all cases of use of this Website, Users are acting as independent contractors and not as
Adenaya Solutions Ltd\u2019s or any other party\u2019s employee, agent, franchisee or servant. Accordingly, you will be solely responsible for all costs incurred by you or your organization.

9. <\/strong>Saying that you have completed a lesson, when you haven’t.

10.<\/strong> Tutors are only eligible for payment claim 7 days after they have been booked, and a further 5 days after they have marked a lesson as completed. This give the student enough time to contact us if there’s any issues. It is essential that you have an upto-date email address and you monitor it. That would be our primary means of contacting you with relevant information and updates.

11. Keep good records of all the lessons that you teach, because it might be needed in case there are any disputes.

12. We reserve the right to monitor the first lessons and we may also monitor any subsequent lessons. To ensure both the tutors and students behave in an appropriate manner. We would join the lesson and stay in the background.

Additional rules
<\/strong>Adenaya Solution reserves the sole right to assess, resolve, and make decisions about the above-mentioned rule violations, as well as other disputes involving users of the platform or AdenayaSolutions.com itself.
