I take a more laissez-faire approach to tutoring. Teachers are there to teach – I am there to tutor! This means I aim to build on the solid foundations school or college has provided to challenge and stretch student’s understanding of the course content, theories and practical approaches.<\/p>\n

Hello! I am Alexander! I initially harboured ambitions of becoming a teacher but instead followed in the family footsteps and went to sea as a merchant deck officer. Having sailed on container ships and car carriers for six years, I “retired” my stripes and came ashore.
