Chair covers hiring Terms and conditions

Each chair cover hire costs £1 only.

Booking
A £15 non refundable booking fee is required to reserve your booking. Booking can be made via bank transfer (details on request). However full payments have to be made 4weeks before the event.

Hire period. Prices quoted are for one days (24 hours period) hire only apart from day of delivery and collection. Subsequent days will be charged at a daily rate unless a special agreement has been arranged prior to the event between the Owner and the Hirer. £50 will be charged per each day of no return after the event plus £3 per chair cover unless agreed between the owner and the hirer.

WE DO NOT ADD DATES INTO THE DIARY UNTIL A BOOKING DEPOSIT OR FULL AMOUNT IS PAID IN FULL.

Loss/Damage
We require a loss/damage deposit which will be returned if all goods hired are returned undamaged. Replacement charges;
A £50 for 10 to 50 chair covers and £100 for 51 to 100 chair covers refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking.
A charge of £3 per chair cover will be made for any damages.

Delivery
£30 fee for delivery.
Or FREE collection from Southampton.

The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage to the goods, from time of delivery until they are collected. Deliveries left at premises are left at the hirer’s risk.

We will not be liable for any delays caused by any circumstances beyond our control.
