Messages and Inquiries
Messages and inquiries system is used to contact tutors and students.
Using messages and inquiries as a student/ customer.
As a student or customer, you can contact tutors using the ask a question button below the add to cart button.
If you have an account, then you would just be asked to type in your question.
If you do not have an account, then you would be shown the below message and the tutor can respond to your email address.
Login, then navigate to your account.
My Account > Inquiries > View
You would then see all the replies from the tutor and from you.
Using messages and inquiries as a tutor.
As a tutor, you can be contacted by students.
Store Manager > Inquiry board
You would be able to see all the inquiries that were sent to you and you can reply to them.
