Rules for Students
Learn about violations and penalties, and how to avoid them
What is not allowed?
It is prohibited to share any contact information while exchanging messages before the payment of the first lesson. Contact information includes any details that can be used by a tutor or a student to get in touch outside of the platform, which includes but is not limited to:
*Phone numbers
*Emails
*Skype names
*The exact location where the lessons will be conducted (house number, entrance, flat)
*Nicknames in social networks
*External links (sharing internal AdenayaSolutions website links via private messages or inquiry is allowed)
It is forbidden to share links to other websites. User’s profile will be blocked for sending links to other platforms. However, the exchange of internal Adenaya Solutions links via private messages or inquiry is allowed.
The following are also prohibited on our platform:
*Posting advertisements or recruitment announcements searching for employees, or sending such content via Adenaya Solutions messaging system or inquiry.
*Violation of well-established social norms and rules including inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, and fraud.
Each complaint about a certain user shall be investigated individually by the Adenaya Solutions team and strict action will be imposed according to our policies.
Penalties
Violation of these rules will result in blocking of the profile.
For repeated or severe violations of these rules, the profile will be blacklisted and removed from the platform.
Canceling and/or not attending scheduled classes without rescheduling. We understand that anything can happen at any time. However, if you don’t show up or cancel a lesson without providing enough notice to the tutor. We recommend greater than 5hours (Also depends on the individual tutor’s policy. As long as it as been agreed at the start before payment)

*To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds at any time are at our sole discretion only.
